Hiring a kitchen manager for a casual Italian restaurant with a large catering and private events business.Duties include:-Maintaining quality standards of prep and dinner service-Managing AM + PM team-Placing daily + weekly orders-Working with events team to ensure events and catering are properly exceuted-Overall maintaining quality control-Maintaining food & labor costThe idealcandidate hasa minimum of 1 year prior management experience, is an effective communicator, and possesses excellent organizational skills. Astrong knowledge of food safety & local health code, as well as strong knowledge of cuisine and cooking techniques are a must.
